    You can get 50 copies for $95 postpaid, or, if you have more modest needs, 10 copies can be had for $35 postpaid anywhere in the 50 U.S. states, DC, or Puerto Rico. These will be shipped Priority Mail and will usually arrive within a week after payment clears.<\/p>\n
